Targeted Air Sealing
We seal all identified penetrations with professional-grade caulk, spray foam, and weatherstripping. Focus areas include attic bypasses, rim joists, electrical and plumbing penetrations, ductwork connections, and recessed light housings.

Verification Testing and Results
A post-sealing blower door test measures the exact improvement. We document before-and-after air leakage rates and provide you with a detailed report showing the work completed and the measurable results achieved.
