Crawl Space Assessment and Drainage
We inspect for moisture sources, structural concerns, and existing insulation condition. Standing water or drainage issues are addressed first. Damaged insulation and debris are removed to prepare for encapsulation.

Vapor Barrier and Wall Insulation
A heavy-duty vapor barrier is installed across the entire crawl space floor, sealed to the foundation walls with mechanical fasteners and sealant. Spray foam insulation is applied to crawl space walls from the sill plate to below grade.

Sealing, Conditioning, and Verification
All vents, gaps, and penetrations are sealed. A dehumidifier is installed if needed for ongoing moisture control. We perform a final inspection to verify complete encapsulation and proper environmental conditions.
